Terms of Use

Use

Sum Fish is for learning, at school and at home. Please do not copy, scrape or resell the game, its art or its problems.

Accounts

Grown-ups are responsible for their accounts. Teachers are responsible for the classes they create and for keeping class codes within their school.

Subscriptions

A family plan is $1 per child a month or $10 per child a year. School and co-op licenses are priced per student. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added where required.

A new grown-up account gets 7 days of full access free, with no card. If a family plan is started during that week, the first charge is on the day the free week ends.

Plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from the Account page: access continues to the end of the period already paid, and nothing more is charged. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.

No warranty

We work hard to keep every problem correct and the game running, but it is provided as is.
